Ariana began her wellness journey at the age of 16. She struggled with discomfort from scoliosis and had been seeing a massage therapist. Her massage therapist has suggested that she try yoga to help relieve tension she felt in her body. At the time, Ariana had been longing for something to make her feel more connected to herself, other people, and a higher power. When she went to her first yoga class, she had felt a sense of community, connection, and love that she had not felt in a very long time. It was from that point on that she made a commitment to better her life and make an effort to connect and share with others all that she was learning through yoga and meditation.
Ariana enjoys reading, dancing, making crystal jewelry, traveling, spending time with her meditation group, and spending time in nature with her dog. Ariana aims to support people in the community on their journey towards achieving optimal health in every aspect of life.
