After Work Release & Reset Yoga Class

Join Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Beth Harenza for a bi-weekly Yoga series that meets every other Monday evening. This practice entails simple movement, breath work, and energy medicine techniques to renew your spirit while opening and soothing your head/neck/shoulders and hips. Enter into the evening with an easy-going vibe, and take home strategies to balance out the days that follow, when needed.
