Whitney George is our Functional Nutritionist at Ampersand. She constantly seeks education to stay current on all aspects that affects nutrition and human well-being. Whitney utilizes a personalized, non-judgmental approach to educating clients on food and nutrition. Whitney’s client-centric, gut-health based approach has created hundreds of healing success stories.
In addition to our Functional Nutritionist, this class will be hosted alongside Crystal Barto, a professional chef with many years of experience. She attended culinary school at the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts where she received her associates degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. Crystal has worked in restaurants since she was 15 years old and have always had a love of working with food.
