Lessons in Awareness Through Movement
Release your Neck and Shoulders is a 4 week series on relaxation and gentle movement techniques, delivered to you via zoom. Designed in brief weekly classes full of guided attention, gentle movement, and ease to move you into a deeper awareness of how to release common tension patterns.
Release Your Neck and Shoulders is designed for the individual longing to feel freedom and ease, but is looking to do this in a gentle process. Without compromising sensation, your weekly class will take you deeper into the interconnectedness of your whole body to support your head, reducing the stress on the relatively smaller muscles of your neck and shoulders….all the while at a gentle pace that feels manageable.
As a special bonus, you’ll also have access to the class recordings for the entire week following our live class. So whether you cannot join live, or simply want to repeat your 45 minute class again later in the week, you’ll be able to do so once you’re registered.
