Stefano is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer. Stefano Sarge graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness Management. Later, Stefano became certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist, and with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is Level 4 Certified in Sports-Based Youth Development through Up2Us Sports. Stefano has experience working with adolescents, athletes, and the geriatric population. He specializes in functional movement, injury prevention, pre/post rehab, and healthy body recomposition.
Stefano has a deep passion for personal training. He has overcome obesity and rid himself of prescription medications through eating whole foods, exercising, and implementing healthy lifestyle habits. He feels it is his duty and responsibility to educate and empower others to achieve their own personal wellness goals, just as he is working every day on his. Reaching any goal is not a linear process or a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Every individual is unique, and each program will be custom-tailored for the client.
His goal is to help others navigate their health and fitness journeys safely, effectively, and with injury prevention as a priority. He is a strong proponent of mind-body connection in his practice. Health and wellness is not just physical well-being, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When each of these areas are worked on in a healthy and non-judgmental manner, amazing breakthroughs can be made!
Stefano is a huge tech-buff, loves his wings and ice cream cake. When he is not training, Stefano enjoys spending time with his large Sicilian family, wonderful fiancé, amazing friends, and his loving pitbull, Zena. Fun Fact: Stefano also has two pet ball pythons, Jack and Daniel!
